Travel Management

With OTG's Travel Management Module, planners can easily setup, collect and manage attendee PNR data. Choose from over 30 travel related fields with a simple click of the mouse. Rename any of the fields to meet your requirements and integrate with your travel fulfillment provider to automatically (and securely) pass attendee travel data in one of three ways: automated email; real time Excel reports; or real-time integration through any GDS.

Reporting

OTG's reporting engine provides planners the ability to view registration data in a variety of different formats, including Excel, text and Adobe PDF and graphical. Included in a host of standard reporting options include financial reports, budget and variance, name badge, hotel pickup, and email marketing reports.

Project Management

OTG's Project Management and Budgeting suite is designed to meet the current needs of event planners. Planners are able to assign tasks to team members, track and manage task delivery dates, and view projects by tasks or by assigned resource(s). Planners can also leverage the budgeting functions to track spend within their events, compare actual to budgeted costs, and generate variance reports to identify where overages may have occurred.

All data can be exported into Excel to facilitate ROI calculations and spend consolidation across multiple events.

Data Management

Collecting data is only one aspect of OTG's data capabilities. The OTG system can easily export data to third party applications such as Customer Resource Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Association Management applications, HR Management Applications, and accounting systems. The OTG's solution also allows you to accept and track the receipt of check, money order, and wire transfer payments. All payment information is available in a variety of comprehensive reporting options and easily exportable in Excel.

Site Builder

OTG's Site Builder Module provides planners the tools to build a completely custom website to complement their online registration requirements. You have as many as 12 different web pages which you can use to enhance information, flow to your attendees.

The planner via OTG can customize each page with easy to use text editor. You can upload and manage all graphics via the image gallery and cut and paste any text from Microsoft Word into the editor retaining all font enhancements.

Hotel Inventory Management

Manage multiple hotel dynamic room block requirements to the simplest of housing requirements with OTG's Housing Management Module. Collect arrival and departures; manage shoulder dates, and room preferences. You can include unlimited property and room types, as choices on the registration form and the system will automatically manage your inventory in real time.

OTG reporting provides you with room lists, pickup reports and arrival/departure dates easily and can be exported to Excel. The OTG system can automatically pass data into hotel reservation systems via any GDS to help manage attrition.
