Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. If your computer has Internet access and Internet Explorer or Netscape Browser version 4.0 or higher that's all you need.
Do I need an event web site?
No. The OT Group via our (Event Travel Management System) Site Builder Module will create and manage your entire event website through an easy to use control panel. If you already have a website and just want to add registration, we can also link the ETMS into your existing website for instant online registration, payment processing, reporting, and communications. We also offer web design services for creating an exact replica of your existing website or a new original design just for your event.
Can I design custom reports?
Yes. There are already many multi-use online reports available including: check-in lists, survey results, participant roster, name badges, and more. The existing reporting options allow you to choose the fields displayed and the sorting options. We can design customized reports to meet your needs.
Can I put advertisements on my site?
Yes. Event registration software costs can be greatly reduced through the sale of related inline advertisements and promotional specials connected to the event. OTG will work with you and your sponsors to help determine the best method for including advertiser content.
